What does Delivery Assured cover?

  • Delay: Packages delivered over the Commitment Shipping Time 3 after the date of logistics transportation are considered delayed. Delayed packages will be compensated for $5 USD coupon.
  • Loss: Packages not delivered within 7 days after the committed shipping time from the logistics transportation date or packages not found during transit are considered lost. Lost packages will be compensated for the actual item(s) value 4 paid.
  • Damage: Delivery Assured covers item damages to the point that the item(s) are unusable, such as being fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, scratched, or dented. However, it does not cover packaging damage. Damaged item(s) will be compensated up to the actual value paid for the item(s).

How does Delivery Assured resolve your shipping issues?

Here's the customer experience of Delivery Assured.

1.Shopper orders from the merchant, with Worry-Free Purchase opted in.

2.Shopper receives an order confirm email with their Delivery Assured cover details.

3.If their package gets damaged or lost during transit, or is delayed, they can report the issue via Support@flextail.com.

4.We will programmatically assess the issue using policy rules/guidelines to determine if the reported order issue qualifies for a payout.

5.If the reported issue does qualify, shopper could choose to accept coupon/gift card that are equal to the actually paid or reissue. If the reported issue doesn't qualify, an email will be sent to the shopper to notify them of the denial and the reason.

Is there any time limit for issue reporting?

For reporting an issue, please be aware of the following conditions and requirements:

  • Issues of loss, where the package is "not delivered" as per the carrier's information, must be reported within 30 days after the date of in transmit. 
  • Issues of damage, where the package is delivered, must be reported within 7 days from the time the carrier's information is updated to "delivered".
  • Issues of delay, where the package is delivered, must not be reported sooner than 2 days after the delivered date.
  •  All issues must be reported within 60 days of the order date.

  1. Compensation in the form of coupons or gift cards.
  2. Compensation in the form of gift cards or reissues.

  4. Total compensation for one cover is up to the item(s) value actually paid.
