How to Return & Get a Refund:
Contact Our Customer Service
1. Contact our Customer Support team (email@example.com). Please include the following information: Order number, Proof of purchase, and the reason for return (If the product is broken, please provide photos or videos of the product)
2. Ship it back to the address we gave you.
3. Receive the refund. (Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.)
We provide a One-year warranty on all products! (Accessories not included)
You can return an item for a full refund within 7 days of you receiving the products.
After 7 days your item is not eligible for return.
All items must be returned in the original, unused condition and must include all original packaging.
Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Refund process time
Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to process through your original form of payment. (For returned items, a refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, the refund will be excluded from the shipping fee and handling fees.)
If the return is caused by quality problems, we will bear the shipping cost, but the customer will bear the shipping cost for the undesired return.
We do not accept items that were not purchased directly from www.flextail.com.
To return your item please follow the return policy of the retailer or website used to make the original purchase.
For items purchased from other authorized retailers, please get in touch with them for returns, exchanges, or warranty.
