How to do if I place an order?

Find the products you like and add to cart.

Go to the cart page by clicking on the cart icon located in the top of the page. Then you can click the checkout button to fill in your information and click "PLACE ORDER".

Can I track my order?

After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.

Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout.

If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via service@flextailgear.com.

However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.

ABOUT SHIPPING

Delivery Location

We provide international shipping service, including United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan and Singapore etc., Due to transportation costs, orders will not be available in remote areas of some countries.

We don’t ship these countries including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Caribbean Netherlands, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Falkland Islands, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela, Brunei, Lebanon, Qatar, Vietnam.

Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $20 at flextailgear.com

Due to transportation costs, free shipping will not be available in the countries that don’t ship and the remote areas of some countries.

Import Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are included in the item price or shipping charges. The buyer needn’t be responsible for these charges.

Notice:

User in EU countries need to bear the VAT fee $3.

There is an additional fee of $24 for kagoshima, okinawa, hokkaido of Japan.

Express Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, Royal Mail etc., Different logistics methods are used according to different regions. Please see the shipping form below for details.

Shipping Time

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is.

Please contact with us service@flextailgear.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case to find the missing package.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

USA: 9 - 13 days.

Japan: 6-8 days.

Germany & UK: 8 - 13 Days (Detailed shipping time will be below shipping form)

Canada: 8 -16 Days (Detailed shipping time will be below shipping form)

Other countries: Around 15 Days. Please see the shipping form below for details.

Note: For customers in Taiwan and Hong Kong, please leave your address and name in Chinese. For customers in Japan, you will need to fill in your name and address in Japanese kanji. If Japanese kanji are not used, the shipping time may be extended.
