RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic, returns and refunded payments will be delayed. We will process your return in the order it was received and issue you a refund as soon as possible.
How it works
You can request a Self-service refund or contact our customer service for a refund.
Self-service refunds are only available for orders that have been shipped or partially shipped.

Contact Our Customer Service
1. Contact our Customer Support team (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include the following information: Order number, Proof of purchase and the reason of return (If the product broken, please provide the photo or video of product)
2. Ship it back to the address we gave you.
3. Receive the refund.
We provide One year warranty on all products!（accessories not included）
Return time limited
You can return an item for a full refund within 7 days of you receive the products.
After 7 days your item is not eligible for return.
All items must be returned in the original, unused condition and must include all original packaging.
Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.
Refund process time
Please allow 7-10 days for refunds to process through your original form of payment. (For returned items, a refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund will be excluded all shipping fee and handling fees.)
We do not accept items that were not purchased directly from www.flextail.com.
To return your item please follow the return policy of the retailer or website used to make the original purchase.
Items purchased from other authorized retailers, please get in touch with them for returns, exchanges, or warranty.
If the return is caused by quality problems, we will bear the shipping cost, but the customer will bear the shipping cost for the undesired return.
